This notice is provided under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Tokushoho), a Japanese consumer-protection law that requires certain disclosures for the online sale of paid membership (subscriptions). It applies because the Service is operated from and governed by Japan; it is published here in English for the convenience of non-Japanese-speaking users.

Costs other than the price: Internet connection charges and similar costs are the customer's responsibility.
Payment method: Credit card payment (web version: Stripe) / In-app purchase (iOS app: Apple App Store) Card details are processed directly by Stripe or Apple; we do not store them.
Timing of payment: The first charge occurs at sign-up, and charges then recur automatically on each renewal date (every month).
Timing of service delivery: Available immediately after payment is completed.
Cancellation method and conditions: You can cancel at any time: on the web via "Manage Membership" (Stripe customer portal), or in the iOS app via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
After cancellation, you may continue using paid features for the period you already paid for (until the next renewal date). No further charge occurs after that date.
Returns / cancellations (refund policy): Given the nature of digital content and services, we generally do not offer refunds or prorated reimbursement after payment is completed.
This does not apply where the Service could not be provided for a substantial period due to a cause attributable to us, or where a refund is legally required.
System requirements: Available on any recent major browser, on smartphone or PC, with an internet connection. Some features, such as AI appraisal, require an active internet connection.
Additional notes: The Service is an unofficial fan tool with no affiliation to Abu Garcia / Pure Fishing.
